Gift certificate terms — Canadian Flight Centre

1. Issued by Canadian Flight Centre BC Inc. (Pitt Meadows, Kamloops) or Canadian Flight Centre (Alberta) Inc. (Red Deer), as shown on the certificate.
2. Flight, simulator and ground school certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase; the expiry date is printed on the certificate. Gift cards for a dollar amount never expire.
3. To book a flight or simulator session, call 604 946 7744 or email flying@cfc.aero and quote the certificate code. For ground school, follow the steps on the certificate to start the online course.
4. Flights depend on weather and aircraft availability. If we cancel for weather or maintenance, we rebook at no charge.
5. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel a booking. A no-show, or a cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, voids a flight or simulator certificate; on a gift card, the cost of the booked session is taken from the balance.
6. A certificate can be passed on to anyone: whoever holds the code can use it. It cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Certificates are non-refundable.
8. Lost your certificate? We resend it by email once the buyer shows proof of purchase.
9. Donations to Mission Aviation Fellowship (MAF) made with a certificate are passed on to MAF in full. Canadian Flight Centre matches them dollar for dollar, up to $1,500 in total each month. No tax receipt is given for donations made through Canadian Flight Centre; for a tax receipt, donate directly at maf.ca.
